Well in it for the last mile which ends at midnight on Saturday. This past week was only one pound drop which I must focus on more water as I barely drink enough water now. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is a heightened awareness of what condiments I really don’t need while cooking. The other thing plan to work on is making another challenge to go to the gym more often. Habits form out these challenges and I plan to make some awesome changes now that I have seen the scale change for the good.
